Daryl F. Scott graduated in 1981 from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He received his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 1984, and a Masters of Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 1986. Mr. Scott is involved in complex securities litigation at Scott + Scott. In addition to his work with the Firm, Mr. Scott has specialized in private foundation and ERISA law. He was also formerly an executive officer of a private equity firm that held a majority interest in a number of significant corporations. Mr. Scott is admitted to the Supreme Court of Virginia and a member of the Virginia Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association.
