On April 10, 2007, Scott + Scott, LLP filed a complaint alleging violations of the federal securities laws by Checkfree Corp. (CKFR) and certain of its officers and directors. The class action was commenced in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on behalf of purchasers of Checkfree Corp. (CKFR) securities between April 4, 2006 and August 1, 2006, (the "Class Period"). The deadline for filing for lead Plaintiff is June 11, 2007.
