Class Period: Jan 27, 2000 to Oct 4, 2000

Summary of Case:

In October 5, 2000, Scott + Scott filed a complaint alleging violations of the federal securities laws by Priceline.com, Inc. and certain of its officers. The class action was commenced in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut on behalf of purchasers of Priceline.com securities between January 27, 2000, and October 4, 2000 (the "Class Period").

Priceline.com and the individual defendants have agreed to settle the action. Settlement Notice has been sent to the Class. The deadline to submit Claim Forms is August 31, 2007.
