Summary of Case:

A securities class action has been filed against Restaurant Technologies, Inc. in the Minnesota District Court for Dakota County.

The complaint alleges that defendants breached certain fiduciary obligations owed to RTI common shareholders by engaging in wrongful conduct including usurping corporate opportunities in violation of well-established duties of loyalty. The complaint further alleges that the individual defendants violated well-established duties of candor by misrepresenting certain facts in connection with a recent merger/recapitalization scheme and repeatedly failing to exercise due care in the operation of RTI
