H. Goldberger is a graduate of the University of Colorado (B.A. 1999)
and California Western School of Law (J.D. 2002). Mr. Goldberger is
currently actively involved in litigation, including: In re: Priceline.com Securities Litigation; In re: GM ERISA Litigation; and In re: Plastic Additives Antitrust Litigation,
among others. He is licensed to practice in California and is currently
involved in the firm's complex securities and antitrust litigation.
