Troy Terpening is a native San Diegan and a graduate of San Diego State University (B.A., 1998) and California Western School of Law (J.D. 2001). He is a member of California Bar. Mr. Terpening has a very broad legal background and has worked in-house for both venture capital and large financial institutions.
